| Cancellation Policy |
7 days prior to arrival for short term bookings. 2 weeks for long term booking and holidays. $25.00 admin fee for cancelling before and after the cancelling policy time limit.
If the room can be re-booked, only $25.00 applies.
If the room cannot be re-booked because of cancellation on the day of arrival or within 7days, the full amount is payable. |

Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation. $100.00 fee for removal of smoke alarm from the room and smoking in the room |
