• Located in the historical area of Drummond Hill, a 12 min walk to the world famous Falls, and 10 min. to the new Fallsview Casino, this home was built in 1889 and is of Victorian Style and architecture with turret, leaded glass windows, large and comfortable rooms with original trim and hardwood floors,  welcoming verandah and screened-in gazebo in the garden. Suitable for small weddings or celebrations.  CAA & AAA rating and FOBBA 5 * and licensed by the City of Niagara Falls.  Recommended by Frommer's in Niagara Falls 2006.

• The Rose room is a cosy romantic room with a Queen sleigh bed, ensuite bath with jacuzzi for 2 table & chairs & fireplace! 
• The Victorian room  is perfect for family or adult group. 2 queen beds, table & chairs, sofa-bed, tv/vcr, a/c, ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi & shower, fireplace, private entrance to verandah. Sleeps 4/5 . wheelchair  access with handicapped facilities, bath seat & commode. 
• Bottled water, ice, coffee, tea and hot chocolate are complimentary. Use of fridge, microwave, telephone and internet in every room. 
• Breakfast is served in the conservatory overlooking the gardens and small orchard, but guests can also be served in the screened-in gazebo, deck or in their room. 
•  Choice of 6 hot entrees, served with a fresh fruit plate, using fruits & vegetables from garden & Niagara region, available from 7 am to 11 am. Special dietary needs will be noted. Check in and check out times are flexible to accommodate special circumstances.

• Free pick up at bus or train station in Niagara Falls. Airport shuttle can be reserved from Toronto, Hamilton or Buffalo airports.  We have a private shuttle bus that will bring you to our door. 
• Open year round. Cancellation policy is 3 days prior to arrival. 7 days for large party, multiple day bookings and holidays. 
• Charge of $25.00 for admin. fee on cancellations. No fee for rebooking.

• Driving Indication: From Hamilton, QEW to  420 , exit Drummond. Turn right at traffic lights and follow Drummond until you reach Culp Street , turn left and drive to  # 6028 on your right hand side.
