Niagara Falls, Dec 6th: The Winter Festival of lights is in full swing! New Year's Outdoor Concert features  Dennis Young(founding member of Styx), Loverboy and Honeymoon Suite with fireworks at 9pm and midnight. The celebration  features an outdoor licensed area, food and beverage vendors. As always, the presence of security and policing will be on-site to ensure people’s safety throughout the night. Raspberries are plentiful this Summer in our garden and they  taste wonderful on Belgian Waffles and Crepes, with a dab of fresh whipping cream and a drizzle of Real Maple Syrup!
